Providing REAL Service

Do you hate sitting on the phone with Tech Support? First you wait in a queue for hours while they help other people, then when you finally get someone on the phone, they are in such a hurry to get you off the phone that they don't really listen. Or, you get someone that doesn't speak English?

I have worked for a few companies and I kept finding the same thing. Not enough emphasis on service. Sure, they always say they provide good customer service, but then they grade the Field Technicians on how many calls they do and how fast they work instead of the quality of the work and customer satisfaction.

Finally, after being told that I needed to lie to a customer in order to improve my time, I decided I needed to start my own company.

My goal is simple. Give customers the service they deserve. This means that if you want me to fix your computer, I won't quit until it is fixed. If you want a computer built, I will listen to your needs and build a computer that will do what you want, not just a computer that was cheap and easy to make. When I set up your computer, I will set it up the way that will work the best for you, not install a preset configuration and expect you to like it.

I have only a few employees, and they all believe as I do. Service is the most important factor in success.
